But yea I had one a couple weeks ago. It is pretty good, but I would not get it every time.

Also it is about the same as any of their other normal combos, and you are getting two all white meat fillets and a side and a drink. not a bad deal

I work at KFC. Its actually pretty good, but I swear to god I felt my heart slow down after eating it and a day later I got sick.
I believe the grilled, which is the healthier of the two, is 1400+ calories. It only has 1 piece of bacon. They just break the bacon in half and call it 2 pieces. The sauce is the same sauce that BK has for their onion rings.

When it first came out I thought the same thing Faulkton. They wonder why America has the highest obesity.
