This Headunit any good?

I just got for a real good price a JVC KD-S640 . You can see it here: http://www.jvc.com/product.jsp?modelId=MODL015005&page=2&archive=true . I would like some input on weather or not its a good deck. Also, I dont think it would be but is it better then an Aiwa 50 Watt x4 ? Model is CDC-517M.

how much is it gonna cost ya?? if its gonna set u back more than $170 go with an Alpine u can get a good one of those for around there
