This amp too powerful for these speakers ?

And, as everyone else said.....set your gains conservatively and listen for the speakers to begin stressing and you should be good to go.

And no a cap is not necessary.

 
If you had this amp and a Audiobahn 8000t

Would a 4 gauge setup with a 1 fared capacitor be enough?

Or are the big 3 gonna need to make an appearence.
