Thinking about getting Kenwood 8019 DoubleDin

Thinking about picking up the new kenwood 8019, i want a Double din unit, and main thing is the ipod control, the 8019 does video from ipods and all kinds of other stuff

and it has a cool looking GUI, just something i want



anyone used one, any ideas?

I am asking the same idea except i am getting the 819 instead i have either choice since i got a dual and a single slot so i think the single would be better for though.

I want one though none are ebay yet. I haven't checked how much the unit will retail at stores, anyone? I like the Kenwood as I love the Keg and not Ipods so it is a nice unit. I have been running Kenwoods for 4 years.

cheapest so far is 898 for single din and 920 or so for double

Just got the 8019 installed in my mustang a little over a week ago along with the Navigation! Its an awesome HU. Sound quality is great! You definitely won't regret your purchase!

I was thinking about getting one myself. I know that Kenwood lock to the region 1 for DVD. I have a lot of oversea (legal) MTV DVD, is there a way to bypass that, like a secret/hidden menu to do that??? Once I find that secret, I will be getting one the very next day.......

I am interested in this deck also. Do you guys know if it has a wired remote input in the rear of the unit? Im looking to integrate the steering wheel remote controls of my car with it. Thanks in advance.
