Thinking about getting four Kicker RS65.2

OK ive been searching recently for prices on every thing for my system. For those that don't know, right now I don't have a system. I want to start off by upgrading my shitty components. I was thinking about going with four RS65.2 components. I can get four of them for $400/shipped/new. Anybody think that is a good price? I searched and all the prices I find are around that price range. Is there any other components out there that may be better for around that price range?

ask Carlton, he just installed them, and loves them...I had a set, upgraded to the SS, and loved the RS too
