Thinkin on doing a 3 18" setup SEALED. How would that sound?

Do 16 Image Dynamics 10s sealed. Would be perfect for the power and space. I bet it sound sound amazing for being a loud system too.

Wow those ID 10's are pretty cheap. I wonder what they would charge me for shipping to Canada....... I dont think I would go with 16 though, as Id like to keep a wall like I said, Could maybe fit 10 of them

Id also like to kinda stick with mach5audio, or CSS, as Canadas industry isnt the greastest, helping out the locals is always good, plus NO shipping, which is obiviously expensive.

Ill have to get some sub specs from Marc and come back, maybe I can tune them real low. But again, Ill only have the port area for like 2 8" aeros if I stake the 3 subs like a pyramid

Why wouldnt 16 fit in the wayy? They need .6-.75 each, 16 of them would be PERFECT for your space.

Well, in a wall, dont you obviously want all woofers on the front baffle? My front baffle is 40X30. I dont have a econo van unfortunately like you lol. Aint fitting 16 10's lol

Also, $1600 + shipping + currency exchange is not in the budget lol

Like I said, the 3 Mj18M's would be about $500 shipped. Just ned some specs on the actual driver, and possibly think about porting them

Im also cheap so Im gonna have to may at trying to make my own flared ports!

I still never have thought an 18 to be sloppy, but perhaps I dont have an ear for sound quality, who knows.

I LOVED my MJ18. It was very tight, and punchy. People didn't believe it was an 18 till they saw it.

Ryan, yours was one of the build that I liked, you had one in a huge *** box ported did you not. Did you ever try it sealed? Id love to hear your opinion on it being ported or sealed if possible. DOnt know how close the new MJ is to the old, ALl he told me was that they were making them inhouse now and some specs had changed.
