Anyone remember Pogs?

I kinda forgot how I played with these though. I remember winning a crap load of them from the kids on the streets lol.

I think what you did was stack them up and use one of the heavy "pogs" to slam it down the top and which ever ones that faces up you get to keep.

Also, I still have a CRAPLOAD of basketball /sports cards in my closet.

I remember reading a bunch of wha-chu-ma-call-it books that told how much the particular Michael Jordan card would be worth ten years from its time or something.

Shit.

I'd be freaken rich if those prices in the book were true. It would be $400,000 worth of cards in my closet if people would buy them.

Those beanie babies were also another scam I fell for in the mid 90's or so.
