They broke my $40 w6 clone by dropping it as well. I tried to go through UPS and they said because I had opened it, they would not cover it. buy.com was nice enough to send me a new one though which was cool as hell. Fuсk the careless bastards at UPS.

i work for UPS and i confess that **** does get ****ed up there, smashed packages is a daily routine, whenever i see car audio or any type of audio i pack that **** good and and not on the bottom of the trailer.

Yea, this lady asked if the box was damaged and I said, yes. The box was dented and beaten pretty badly. The sub was in it's own box within that one. When I opened the first box, the inside one didn't look too bad. I figured it would be fine but I was wrong. The basket was folded up like a taco and the cone was not able to move. It was pretty ridiculous.

I think the box she was asking about was the inside box and that I should not have opened that one. I bet I could have tried harded and got my $50 that it was insured with but I wanted the sub and the free shipping offer was over so it would have been over $50 for a new sub that I paid $40 for.

With enough *****ing, you can get somebody to help you.
