The box was dented and beaten pretty badly. The sub was in it's own box within that one. When I opened the first box, the inside one didn't look too bad. I figured it would be fine but I was wrong. The basket was folded up like a taco and the cone was not able to move. It was pretty ridiculous.I think the box she was asking about was the inside box and that I should not have opened that one. I bet I could have tried harded and got my $50 that it was insured with but I wanted the sub and the free shipping offer was over so it would have been over $50 for a new sub that I paid $40 for.With enough *****ing, you can get somebody to help you.</blockquote>
