A lot of people here have tried them and like them. They're good for what they are, low budget subs and the price to performance ratio is better than what you'd get with some of the more well known brands (Rockford Fosgate, Kicker, Alpine, etc.).

Depends on what your looking for.. if you want killer lowend I'd look elsewhere but if you want something that hits hard about 40hz they will do well..

OK go with two HDS210s and a cab 1600 then unless you can find a good used amp on here
