OK i wanted some other people input on this setup.

This is for my upcoming car I'm currently looking for a Acura RSX

For the HU I'm thinking the Alpine CDA-9885 its $250 I was going to go to the $200 one but the $250 comes with the 30 dollar I pod cord at crutchfield. As for the rest

Kicker 05KS525 for $49

5-1/4" 2-Way 90W Car Speakers

6" 2-Way 130W Car Speakers

400 watts 4-Channel ZX-Series Power Amplifier

15" 2000W Dual 4-Ohm Subwoofer

I already have the ZX1000.1

I drew up plans for a ported box that's 24*17*16 W*H*D

To sound deaden I was going to use 60sq ft of eDead for 70$

Im not sure what amp kit for both amps that I need a... 4gauge that splits into 8gauge or a 4gauge to the 1000watt...Or I should go with different speakers for mids and highs. Any one have suggestions Or something different for around the same price. Or anything else to add. Thanks

I'd skip the two sets of speakers and just run a single set of 6.5" midbasses and tweets up front, but that's just me...and double the amount of sound deadening, at least.

I agree w/ running only 1 set of comps up front.

Also. 1 ported 15" L7 will most likely just stomp out your fronts and sound like *** because of that.
