I'm getting 6, probably gonna just play with 4 of them see how loud I can get them and if they blow up oh well. The other 2 I might keep around, maybe someone will need a tiny sub for behind the seat in a regular cab truck one day.

I just ordered the bash 300w plate amp. It was less than half the original cost and the deal ended at midnight tonight so I jumped on it. I'll just keep them sort of low on the gain and they should be fine. He doesn't rock out too much anyways so I'm sure there wont be a problem.

Yea, I just ordered one too. Gonna use it for my IDQ HT build. But it said they're out of stock until Dec. 6th, but I can wait, not gonna start the project until January most likely.

I got 2 4ohm, think Ill do a smaller ported to 30 or something in my dads truck. I got an older kenwood amp thats good for 90 watts or something. should be better than just the deck power on his pioneer speakers.

although for the size I have to work with, I might seal it up.

I don't know for sure. I guess Ill find out later.

Here's what I'm doing. Dual 8's in a sealed box and I'm keeping the volume around 1.5 cubes. The plate amp will go in the rectangle in the back face. Should be a pretty easy build and will turn out nice.

I'm putting 4 in my girlfriend's Ion. Figure the box will be nice and easy to remove when she needs to cart around her nieces and the circus that comes along with them, unlike the two 12" R's were.

I ordered 4 of the s2 8s. they wont be here till monday according to my tracking number.

Im gonna put them in my car for fun. I just dont know if i should go sealed or vented. They will be powered by a kicker 400.1 at 2 ohms. They will get about 120wrms each. Hopefully they sound deceant, i mean it is 32 inches of cone area lol. And yes I know cone area isn't everything.
