No, I'm kidding. I think I know what you're talking about but screws are what hold the sub in an enclosure. Can you be more specific?

Putty stuff...? Only thing that comes to mind is silicone. But that doesnt hold down the subs to the enclosure.

He is talking to seal tha sub after its been scred in so as to seal any air leaks as best as they can be sealed but i don't remember its name either. Is it a mounting Gasket?

It was rope caulk
