Michigan DT, Alan Branch. Word is that he has shin splints(stress fractures) in his legs, and is extremely lazy.Branch?
What are you talking about? What I ment was catches per year he averages about 50 a year in his college career. He is over 50 yards a game in his career. I did say he is an excellent reciever, but when did I state he was the best in college football, please quote me on that. I said one of the best OSU has had to offer at that position. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif I didnt say I didnt agree with the pick, said he shouldnt have went at number 9, but was a good pick up for the Dolphins. Might want to learn to comprehend stuff before you say how I am contradicting myself. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gifi think he meant yards...but either Ted Ginn Jr. is not who they should have picked.
bigbangtheory, you keep contradicting yourself. First you said he's an "excellent reciever", then you said he wasn't "anywhere near the best" and "you didn't agree with the pick" now you defend him by saying he's "fast and averages 50 catches a game".
even though i know you meant yards (if you didn't you no longer have the option of posting in this thread), 50 yds a game is not enough to make a difference in the NFL.
He will be good, but not super great. He will join the likes of Shaun McDonald, Bobby Engram and T.J. Houshmenzadeh instead of Torry Holt, Deion Branch and Chad Johnson.
i agree. i like the stanton pick, and even though detroit has struggled drafting wide receivers, you can't pass up calvin johnsonMillen must have a gun to his head to make these picks. Detroit is having a solid draft.
yep dallas got the better deal by farcleveland got ***** in the brady deal. they get joey harrington for a first and second round pick. also cleveland won't be very good next year, so the pick dallas gets from cleveland, will be better then 22nd, plus they got a 2nd round pick to boot.
