Miami/Cleveland are dumb. Even though I like the Browns.. why pass on Brady Quinn, really? You and Miami are in dire need of a QB, and you dont pick the second best QB in the draft? One to follow up the Marino-era? Good job, you f.ucking dum.basses.

Now Goodell invited Quinn into his private suite so he can get away from the media - because he's not supposed to be picked for a while. I feel sorry for the guy, he did win some stupid little award, what was that? The Maxwell award or something? Top Player in the Nation? Oh just that..

I am kinda glad they didnt take Quinn. I mean Frye I still question, but with a revamped line with Joe Thomas, I think Frye will do much better. Brady is extremley overrated in my opinion. I am glad they took Joe Thomas.

Dolphins are not in dire need. Duante is hurt and they expect him to be back in due time, but I think they will pick up Trent Green, so they at least have someone that kinda knows what they are doing back there.

Also you guys can talk all the shit you want about Ginn, but he is one of the fastest guys around and can run routes when he needs too. These anyalists sometimes talk to much shit as well, but Ginn was averaging over 50 catches a game and was a big time playe maker for OSU.

bigbangtheory, you keep contradicting yourself. First you said he's an "excellent reciever", then you said he wasn't "anywhere near the best" and "you didn't agree with the pick" now you defend him by saying he's "fast and averages 50 catches a game".

even though i know you meant yards (if you didn't you no longer have the option of posting in this thread), 50 yds a game is not enough to make a difference in the NFL.

He will be good, but not super great. He will join the likes of Shaun McDonald, Bobby Engram and T.J. Houshmenzadeh instead of Torry Holt, Deion Branch and Chad Johnson.

Omg that could have been Denver trading out of that spot... Sick deal for Dallas!

Next year's first round (possibly top 10 pick) + 2nd rounder = steal.

Ok now i'm a big longhorn fan and have been a Ten/detroit fan for years. Now all that aside...WTF was Ten thinking lol. Michael Griffin is a **** good safety and IMO a top quality player but they could have taken that TE before him.

Im encouraged by the Browns choice to trade up and grab Quinn seems they have filled 2 glaring needs in the 1 st round of the draft.
