I agree with bball for the most part, on my side of town in austin you wouldnt run into a black guy even if you had a free chicken and watermelon stand but when i got locked up all my cell mates were black

no they don't there are hundreds around here, they are also the only ones spraying tags and grafitti in my rural suburb. I guarantee very VERY few are legal.

The same can be said if there is a particular race that has leveled off its crime spree....or increased it.
OOH! Maybe, there are alot of hispanics in prison claiming to be white so that they are not deported?

I am not sure exactly what the point of this thread is. If you are suggesting that blacks have leveled off their criminal activity, which is possible. The next question is why.

Is it because of increases in after school funding

Decreases in police activity

Decreases in what is considered criminal activity (ie decriminalization efforts)

there are many things that could account for this, I just suggested one.

A lot of black people say that to try to separate themselves from the lower class black people. She probably doesn't mean it. She just doesn't like some of the things that black people do.

I would think twice about marrying someone who is ashamed of who they are.

there are many things that could account for this, I just suggested one.

It could be anything. The chart does not give much information than what you see there. My point is simply, that before you can judge the black race and say that they are criminals like I have seen on this forum, remember that there are just as many white criminals, if not more. It is to expel the stereotypes that our white members have against blacks. I guess it didn't work as the bigotry on this forum is too strong.

Its funny that there are no asians on that chart too.
