This has nothing to do with the census. This is the growth of the population of prison inmates over the years by race. You sir are the one who failed.

But if the majority of either race is already incarcerated, wouldn't the growth rate plateau?

no they don't there are hundreds around here, they are also the only ones spraying tags and grafitti in my rural suburb. I guarantee very VERY few are legal.

yea epic fail on a thread, blacks are a small minority yet their violent crime rate is much higher than whites?

On the other hand wife beating(domestic disputes) are higher in whites....

But for the most part imma guess that 1/5(thats being nice) black males have been convicted of a crime

The same can be said if there is a particular race that has leveled off its crime spree....or increased it.
