Hmm.....havent really thought about it. I've just recently acquired the second cyclone....will probably be getting a new box to house both.

As for a price? I dont really have one...because I dont really WANT to sell...

The right price for me? I'd say the one without the box, $700 +ship depending on where you are located. This is not a heavy sub..so shipping wont be gougerageous...

Several years ago Earl Zausmer installed (had installed) a pair of 12's in the kicks of his BMW (yes 12's in his kicks) that cost something like $13,000 each. For a raw 12" speaker. Each. I remember when I read an article about it, they interviewed one of the installers and he talked about how nervous he was simply handling one of the drivers for fear of dropping it. lol
I dont remember the speaker brand now though, but they were pro audio iirc.

Close. Earl had a pair of B&W 15" subs in his kickpanels. He had taken the (at the time) brand-new B&W 3-way home cabinets apart and put the 15s in the kicks, with the mid and tweet on his dash. They were around $25-30k for the set (all 6 drivers + the cabinets).

He ran each 15 off a Zapco Z600 bridged, and each side of the mid/tweet combo off its own $10k Milbert tube amp.

Expensive, yes. I never listened to it, but he did win IASCA Finals one year.

The next year, he came in second, refused to accept his award and quit car audio forever, putting his trailer queen blank-check BMW up for sale and walked away.

They dont actually sell the jackhammer, its not actually a retail item. I'm direct with MTX and i can't even get one unless im doing a company sponsored show car. But on the question of what the most expensive woofer is, Focal make a woofer that retails at $11,000. Cant even be bought in the united states. Only in france

I totally understand. I just cant bare to sell it for any cheaper...They are my babies! I love mine. I just took the W7 and clone out for a FI BTL...and thinking I might try to use two clones...and see how it goes!
