Cyclones were under 2k. I personally know a guy with 4 of them, in a truck that was made in '95 or '96 i think. Hasnt touched the system since it was put in, he had cyclones after they were out about 5 or 6 months.

Several years ago Earl Zausmer installed (had installed) a pair of 12's in the kicks of his BMW (yes 12's in his kicks) that cost something like $13,000 each. For a raw 12" speaker. Each. I remember when I read an article about it, they interviewed one of the installers and he talked about how nervous he was simply handling one of the drivers for fear of dropping it. lol

I dont remember the speaker brand now though, but they were pro audio iirc.

Hmm.....havent really thought about it. I've just recently acquired the second cyclone....will probably be getting a new box to house both.
