....I was sitting in my driveway for about the last 20 minutes bumpin' it with the gain only turned up like 1/5 of the way and they didn't shut off and they sounded GOOD.....I'm so confused

- So, leave the gains just low enough that it never shuts off... if it's not broke, don't fix it.
