I will stick with my blackberry 8830:yumyum: I was told by a verizon rep at my work that the iphone originally came to verizon first, but verizon declined them because they wanted to much control over the phone. money, ect.. Not to mention it was a pos..

Meh, ill stick with my 700p. Very easy to use, and have tons of 3rd party apps running on it. My buddy just bought the blackberry 8830 and i REALLY like it. The scroll ball is pretty cool, i just love the treos "chat style" text log and i dont know how i feel about giving up the touch screen. I would say if your in the market for a pda phone, the treo or bb are a great option.

I was going to get an iphone, but i what killed it for me was no expansion slot. As soon as i read that, i began to look at other phones. I ended up getting the treo 750. I got chose it over the 8525 b/c of size. Basically they are the same phones. Keep in mind i said basically there. And i got a hella good deal on it. Anyways. I have a friend that decided to get an iphone after i showed it to him, so i will be passing this on to him. Thanks for that Preston.

Oh, and BTW. WTF did you guys expect coming from steve jobs?

I can just see some bimbo in a monster SUV trying to dial that phone using the touchscreen while in traffic at 80 mph.

Palm Treo 700p ( I dislike windows OS on pda phones so i decided to go with the palm)

Apple came to verizon to carry them first. Verizon turned them down when apple wanted to basically take over there network and decide what and what couldent be on there phone.
