I don't think either of those movies are among the funniest of all time, but I can enjoy them for what they are.

Zach Galifianakis is the stand out actor in The Hangover, and his brand of humor isn't for everyone. The dude has an Andy Kauffman-like approach to comedy that many don't care for. I personally think he's hilarious, but I can understand why some people don't like him. With Galifianakis, it's all about the akward approach and strange payoff. The guy has been using that formula for years, and he's been able to gain a pretty big underground following because of it...

To be honest, I think people that make threads like these really liked the movie (or whatever the subject is they're talking about) but they want to act like they didn't. You obviously cared about it enough to make a thread.

Example:

All the "lil wayne sucks" "wayne is a ******" threads.

I think all those people listen to lil wayne, but just want to act cool like they dont care about him. I personally dont like his music, with the exception to a few songs here and there (mostly his older shit)

I also though Hangover was hilarious.

I saw this movie years ago. Back then it was called 'Dude, where's my car?'. It wasn't that good back then either.

True..the Zach fella is pretty good...but the supporting cast just failed altogether....the Asian dude upstaged them alone.....funny has been pretty lacking lately...i was even kinda disappointed in The Goods: Live hard sell hard....off topic but...does anybody remember Mr.Show with Bob Odenkirk and

David Cross? That was the best sketch comedy ever IMO.....also me and the wife went to see Avatar last night......EPIC!!!!!

I watched The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard last night actually. It's definitely a movie that tries WAY too hard to be funny, and it falls flat consistently. Seriously, NSync and Backstreet Boys jokes haven't been funny or relevant in nearly a decade...

Dunno man...watched it again one night in bed....still... maybe chuckled twice...what really pissed me off and made me more wayward towards my coworkers is them saying they "died" laughing watching it

Reminded me of Pineapple Express... expected a lot more than I got. A good early-adult comedy is hard to write, apparently. They tend to end up too immature, too dry, or just expect us to laugh for 2 hours over a situational joke that remains funny for about 10 mins.
