1) 2-DC audio level 4 (not xl)

2)2-Precision Power Pro-124

3)2-Cadence 12in Daytona

4)2-RE

These would be in two seperate boxes roughly 1-2 cubic feet in the back of a 89 Caprice Brougham...

Plus any feedback on the amp

Thanks

- The DC Level 4 is a nice sub. They get relatively loud and sound good doing it. If you only have 2 cubes to work with, you'll need the 12" model.

- Avoid the Lanzar amplifier. It's junk. I'd suggest a mono amp.

- That Kenwood cd player only has 4 outputs.

I was iffy on the Lanzar amp it has been sitting around the garage along with that cd player, and well of course I wouldn't have minded saving some money but if they're not so good for this I'll sell them; as far as the amp have any suggestions for something being around 200 bucks?

I don't see you getting a clean 2,000 watts rms @ 1 ohm for $200 unless you're willing to buy used equipment. Even then, I don't see you getting an amp in great cosmetic condition...if that even matters to you. I'd suggest running a single Level 4 if your budget is that tight. You could even step up to the 15" model. Believe me, it'll surprise you. A friend of mine has a single Level 4 15" and it sounds great. And you can easily buy an amp to power it for $200...

I'm not the most experienced when it comes to car audio, I can do it, but I'm def not the best...

I would like to have two twelves, my car is rather large and so is my trunk. I can get those Power Precisions new for 150 dollars and they seem decent would it be worth it to purchase those so I can afford a better amp?

It's a decision that I can't make for you, man. What I can do is tell you that I prefer the DC sub 10 to 1 over anything else you listed. I can also tell you that there's absolutely nothing wrong with running a single sub. A Level 4 15" in 3 cubes @ 35Hz powered by that Discus amp would do nicely...

mmk

I appreciate this help, my goal is too have something that sounds nice and is responsive cause I love good audio, but I also would like to turn it up a bit and make it shake.

Why do I never hear of like running a 12 and a 15 together??

The Level 4 would accomplish this.

Because mixing sizes or running different subs is not a good idea. This has been discussed at length. Do some reading on the subject...
