I read a story the other day that talked about how gold would be soaring if it weren't for the fact that it is being shorted to keep the price down. I need to read more on that.

Actually I own 3 houses ;p No he didn't cause this his party did along with the republicans. How long has he been in politics?

No he probably can't fix it in a couple months. But I don't think he is on the right path. Obviously neither do the big investors on wall street who know more about the economy than any of us do.

You are right. No one should care at all what is happening with our country and the effects it will have on everyones lives. We should all just go back to la la land and worry about who is going to win American Idol.

If the big investors on Wall Street are so **** economy smart then why didn't they pull their money out before everything went rock bottom? Let me tell you.. as an American citizen you should be fully supporting your president, regardless of who you voted for. I try to keep myself from getting into politics. As of late though, I have seen post after POST about Obama and how he was supposed to make America a Disney World in 2 months. Just give up, he's our president and shit is going to go his way whether you like it or not. You can spend the next 4 years of your life *****ing or be a good American by supporting your president. Straight to the point and up in your face, but agreed dustinr. I say give it time. I think I need to repost my previous statement.

This vs. That, pick your poison I will say. Clinton wasn't too bad, he lied and was almost impeached, correct? I mean if its this vs. that, former president Bush committed the greater of the two evils and got off virtually scott free, right? I mean, he was almost A'shoe"ssinated, *l*, but other than that, nothing much. It's politicians on both sides of the fence, wall-street, but above all, plain greed that has us facing this current situation. It would be a great task for any president. I just hope Obama is a good plastic surgeon, because this country could use a good face lift. The blame shouldn't fall on that man's shoulders. We have to give the situation more time so we can reflect back, and further decide if the decisions made presently will provide a better result in the future. Until then, I don't think harsh judgement should be passed on him. In a metaphoric sense, he's just a rookie still, give him time to get his feet wet. That's all I'm saying.

I read that about the houses. I actually thought I was being tactful. here I am being honest.

I don't like the son of a *****. I didn't vote for him. I don't approve of his party and I don't approve of his liberal socialist ideals. He is just another nail in the coffin of a great country that is almost dead.

Edit: Where was all this "Support the President" stuff when Bush was in office. I'm not a fan of his either.

I voted Ron Paul. He is truly the only one that would have made a difference.
