The door molex has me in a bind

I am trying to install a set of Polk Audio 6.5 components into the door and the molex is in the way their is no way to run a speaker wire through the door without drilling and I don't want to drill, so can I hook the speakers up to the stock wires and the tie off behind the headunit and run it to my croosover and then into the Amp? Or is their a stock Amp in the truck that has to be bypassed first? Thanks for any and all help. I hope someone can answer this for me I can't find any info anywhere on this.

If their is a stock Amp in the truck for the front speakers does anyone know where it is at so I can bypass it
