The difference between Aeoro Port & Precision Port?

whats teh difference between Aero Port and a precision port...or are they the same thing.

cause i rember JT & Cliff telling me that aeoro is more expenisve, also it just slides in the hole and you screw the side to where the screw is just holding the lips down, where as a precision has screw holes and a different mathmatical flare.

I am just trying to find a definite answer. Thank you.

Precision port is what PSP calls their aeroports. Basically it's just a name for their products.

Over on termpro, I believe some of the street guys actually tested the PSP against what is known as a genuine aeroport and the Genuine aeroport was recorded to be a few tenths louder. If I remember correctly, the difference between the PSP brand and the aeroport was the aeroport had a larger flare.

precision ports have a smaller rear flange on the 6" ports and fit right in the hole you cut using the rear flange as a template. Aeroports are the same size //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif harder to get in a box.

You and me both, but if you do a search over on termpro you WILL find that PSP's are apparently not the same as the aeroports that Jordy is importing from Europe.

oh? well i got some from a tent sale they had a while back and i like them, no audible port noise and look sexy.
