i get that all the time and i make them feel dumb as SHIT when they leave...

i had a guy come in about 3 months ago buy a Jensen radio... 99.99 free install and paid a hardwire charge cause his 1993 nissian pickup was FUKed up.... (I sold it too him)

he came in about 2 months after we did the install and he didnt get service or ANYTHING...

so he comes stroming right AT ME... and said what the HEll is your ****in problem.... i looked at him and didnt say anythign... he then says you guys ****ed up my radio.... *im thinking are u kidding, 2 months later and u say WE ****ed the radio up*

well i told him pull around back, looked at the car and too see that he pulled the radio out and tryed too hook up a CB and he broke his dash up and he cut all the wires we did when we put the radio in.... so he shows me this... AND I Busted out laughing* bad idea*

he then says whats funny im going to sew u guys... i saw alright cool cool let me get my boss to see what "YOU" did sir. boss looks at it and goes who did this... and hten he said YOU guys did this all brake this and that. and then my boss asked him " how would we break something.... and have the radio halfway riped out and looks like someone cut all the wires back there. and doo this last 3 months?

he was quiet and said **** you too my boss and said im going too call my lawyer... and then got in his truck and left...

i have to say that was funny.

All of that sounds like your average CC or BB customer. I see it all the time as I work for Circuit City. At my store, we have a guy that comes by about every month with a blown Infinity Basslink II that was installed in his 350z. It was another store that originally did the installation and we always have to fix it. Everytime he brings it though, something has been tampered with in the install, and the amp settings are always all the way up. We suspect that he takes his car to his friend (who owns an audio shop) to do something and somehow he managed to tamper with the installation. He never bought CCA on the item and quickly refuses to when offered, yet always wants a replacement. I actually offered him an upgrade with a great compact package deal with a 10" Kicker L5 in a truck box enclosure, with a 400 watt Kicker mono amp for the same price he paid for the Basslink. He refused it. This guy is the dumbest I've seen. And he's always threatening us with the lawyer thing...
