everywhere i see the big three they always say use a fuse with the right rating....i can only see on wire coming from my alternator.....and it goes to my trucks fuse box....then another wire coming out of the fuse box conects to the battery positive....since it runs through my fuse box should i still use another fuse?

im no where near an expert but im pretty sure just run a wire from the alt to the battery positive and put a new fuse in between.
