But, I like how you query if I'm ugly, then say guys are as dumb as they look. I'm not dumb. I'm nice. And I don't think I ever asked for any of your opinions? I'm in a shitty situation where me being nice has fucked me over. But, I can't really see how this effects your life whatsoever, especially enough to comment about it in a build log.

I explained before. Not to mention I was the one that talked her into buying it. So, unlike most of you, I have a conscience, and I'd feel bad for having her throw down money and never get installed 'cause she broke up with me.

Thanks. I was just trying to be nice, thinking that it'd be appreciate, but I realized after I started that I wasn't going to be appreciate at all for it. But I'm not one to stop before he finished.

She's not getting the "nice" treatment. I ran all the wires and hooked up her comps / amp in one day. After that, she didn't even say thanks. That's when I realized I was doing something nice for someone who didn't give a flat fuck about me.

TIME LINE:

We date --- She finds out I'm into CA & Asks if I can build a system for her [i agree. It's my gf] --- I order the stuff --- I start installing --- We end up breaking up over something trivial [like most relationships] --- I finish her box.

But whatever, if you're gunna keep calling me a wimp, please take it to PMs or something, and either comment on the system, the build, or give some advice. (AKA Something constructive)

Anyway... I took the safety screws that came with the P3's, put them on my subs, used the philips head screws on her subs. There were some left over safety screws, so I used those to screw in the vanity plate.

There's a difference from being nice, and being a bitch.

Being nice means not going too far out of your way to help someone.

You become a bitch when you get something for someone, and JUST for them.

The only thing I bought while building her box was silicone. But I'm gunna use that in my next builds. So, that's a tool I needed. However, I probably won't carpet my next boxes. Maybe just spray paint 'em.

You are exactly right. In this situation you're being the bitch. I'm sorry you don't see it. As you can see from most guys on this forum they feel the same way. She used you, badly.
