Oh, wait. He can't. That's a machine gun, and new machine guns were banned in '86 under the Hughes Amendment. The saiga wasn't imported till after '86 so there are no full auto saiga 12 with 20rd drum.

How about a semi auto siaga with 20 rd drum?

Oh, wait. He can't. That's an imported semi auto, and new imported semi autos where restricted in '90 to the "sporting purpose" clause of section 941d and 20 rd mags are forbidden on semi auto imports.

How about just the 20 rd drum mag? Oh, wait. He can't. Cali already has an AWB (can't you tell how well it's working), and it prohibits the imortation of either the saiga 12 or the 20 rd drum mag.

How about a sharp stick? That will be great next time LA burns like durring the Rodney King riots.

Scary looking guns with "evil features" like bayonets and barrel shrouds ("shoulder things that go up"). They have nothing to do with function, only appearance. Ironically most "Assault weapons" use smaller/less power full ammo than most hunting guns.

For some reason this logic is lost on hunters who support more laws against legal gun owners like the AWB. They refuse to believe that once AW are banned, the gov't will move to ban the "powerfull" hunting guns.

Its called incremental prohibition. They know they can't ban all guns at once, so they are chipping away at them a few at a time.

they dont need to ban assult weapons.... the people who are going to use them wrong are not going to get it the right way or use it the right way. they will get the weapons under the table so nobody knows they have them.

I'm not hating here, I just don't understand. I don't see the fun in using a gun that can blow a basketball sized hole in someone when you are just shooting at a piece of paper. Its along the same lines of why I do not really understand the point of subs that can't play anything other than test tones. Again not hating, I just don't understand the fascination.
