i was really curious as to how you guys judged how speaker A sounded, when you were listening to a recordeing of speaker A being played through speaker B //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif
I was just getting ready to say the same thing as hoss and Mountaineer Man.
A video recording is a horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible way to attempt to judge how good a subwoofer, or any speaker for that matter, sounds.
In fact, I'd venture to say it's completely impossible, since you aren't actually listening to the subwoofer, but rather to
your computer speakers. And the quality of the sound is completely dependent upon the microphone being used to begin with. As hoss said, you are listening to a recording of a speaker being played by another speaker.
