test tone help

going to reset my gains and i found a old 50hz test tone and set gains like that to 56volts and then i downloaded a new test tone 50hz 0db off realm of excursion on the test tone sticky and for some reason its reading like over 90 volts and when i use the new test tone to set gains i have low ouput, when i use the old cd i have good output, i am confused

someone send me a 50hz test tone 0db or w/e one is best for my 2 12's l7's ported on 1500rms tuned to 34hz

just a 50hz or w/e is best for my subs and box and a 1khz test tone for my comps if you dont mind, and yea i seen 90volts and i was like wtf
