this is the most ridiculous thing i have ever read, it doesn't surprise me that our judicial system wastes it time on cases as insanely stupid as these. i strongly agree that those seen as adults should be greatly charged having to do with molestation, etc, but this is crossing the line. not only is he in her age group, but according to the article it was consensual. don't worry cases like these will become more and more familiar, as more and more killers run free.

I know the age in Ohio is 16. But what i find funny is they consider him as an adult at 17 well then lets say he goes to a store and wants to get some smokes.Nope not old enough. Your old enough to go to jail but not to smoke. Ok so lets say he wants to get some beer. Cant do that either. I just find it kinda funny he's adult enough to do 10 years in prison but not get some smokes or beer. And as i think about it more if he was a star athlete i wouldnt doubt it if the girl threw herself at him. But he was 17 she was 15 so there sayin shes a child an he's an adult but id almost bet they go to the same high school.Hmmmm

As for the families, I cannot presume or speak for them. I will say that although I hear everyone's frustration, I don't think the arrest of that young person is helping the situation and so we do not support any prosecution for her. The point is they are all kids, and as we all know, they make mistakes and poor judgment when it comes to ****** encounters. Our goal is to not have this debate in the criminal arena where kids can be sent to prison, but handle the issue with education by families, friends, religious organizations and schools.
