Sorry, getting jumped by a gang of punks in a subway is grounds enough to fear for your life... we hear about stories like this all the time where people end up with serious bodily harm and/or death. That's grounds enough to use deadly force... no law says you have to take a beatdown by a group of thugs rather than defend your own life.

As for why I think of you the way I do... you've finally said something I agree with... it's my right. You've behaved a certain way on this forum for a long time, so don't get all butthurt when someone calls you on it. You're trying to defend a group of thugs/maggots... ergo, you're no better than them.

I hope they all go to jail for a very long time... but I know they won't, not in this liberal society where we coddle criminals and refuse to uphold the rights of law-abiding citizens.

Where did I defend them? I would never. They are scum. I know this. I just think some rational thought will show he wasn't in any fatal danger. If you judge the actual me by 90% of actions and words I have in the lounge, then you really have no clue. I guarantee if he used any excessive force he would have had repercussions as it wasn't necessary. I don't see this deadly force they used in that video.
