They didn't show what was happening 5 seconds before the clip the white passenger was definately doing something. Yelling or whatever.

While the gentleman would have quite the ordeal, it shouldn't be too difficult proving that a gang of girls could be threatening. While I don't think he would sevre any time....it would be quite the national problem...with a bunch of folks wanting to protest on his door step and whatnot.

Maybe is he just shot in the air or something.

well the issue is, i dont know anything about new york law (i just took a stab in the dark). but i know in california you are only allowed to use the minimum amount of force required to stop the attack. so if i was in that situation, a gun would of been a big no no.

hell, we let criminals sue their victims and win when they get hurt stealing shit.
