Apparently you missed this fact, so I'll repeat it, maybe you can actually grasp the concept through repetition:
"Sorry, getting jumped by a gang of punks in a subway is grounds enough to fear for your life... we hear about stories like this all the time where people end up with serious bodily harm and/or death. That's grounds enough to use deadly force... no law says you have to take a beatdown by a group of thugs rather than defend your own life."

Sorry. Still don't agree that a group of teenage girls is ground for force. Nothing in the video showed me a reason. I am entitled to this thought, just as you are entitled to falsely think I am a liberal.

I NEVER said a group of girls COULDN'T kill. If they were to get to a point where it looks like you can be in some real danger, then yes, force is a must. I don't see this as the case in that video. Nothing you say can change my view on THIS SPECIFIC situation. You can theorize all you want on what a group of teenage girls COULD do, but in this situation they didn't.
Once again you are not understanding and you are associating things with me that do not apply. I don't see how your motorcycles analogy relates. Of course the dipshits should be punished and so should these girls. That's not where our differences lies. Our differences are at what point does a grown man use excessive force on a group of teenagers. IMO it is when imminent danger is present. Otherwise using restraining methods and other alternatives should be exhausted first, just like this gentleman did.
