It is an acronym for The Car Audio Box founded/owned/whatever by a fella named Mark Potts.

There are a myriad of threads regarding him so just do a cursory search on 'tcab' or 'mark + potts' and you're likely to come up with more than a few which will cure your lack of understanding why those names forever live in infamy around the internet mobile audio community.
