So Mark isn't a scammer?
Tell that to the people that paid him hundreds of dollars, several months ago...and have got nothing in return, have gotten no responces to emails/PM's/PHONE CALLS

Scammer or not, he's still a shitty businessperson. I just think that people are using a scammer in the wrong sense here. IMO, a scammer is a person who takes a persons money and never had an intention of giving them a product or a refund.

Once again, IMO, mark was not out to do that. He just WAY too many orders WAY too often, fell behind, couldn't catch up, was too cocky for his own good, and just really f*cked himself over.

Ahhh, now you get to why he might be really fvcked. No business entity to protect personal assets . . . . nough said.

If things go that far, i'm not sure what mark would even have left for a court to take.

I wonder how concrete emails are in terms of evidence agaisnt someone.

Ahh feel bad for all you... You do realize though if you paid him through Paypal with a Visa or a Mastercard you can just call up your credit card company and file a chargeback and get ur money back lol... Paypal usually just eats the loss, or if Mark's Paypal is up they just reverse the money out of his account. They were forced to sign an agreement with Mastercard/Visa to give the charegeback power to the credit card company.

That's why I paid him through Paypal, just incase he tried to screw me over. (This was well before the scams started happening)

You can do this at almost any time as well... I think up to like a year...

I feel bad if you paid with check/discover/ or any other card lol

UPDATE:

A money order is on it's way to me (although I won't hold my breath). Supposed to be mailed today, but have yet to receive a tracking number. It isn't for the full amount, about $30 short.

That was about a week ago, so I guess he should have everything done in another week or so?

I was just about to nominate you for the biggest dumbass on the forum award if you were serious. Glad to hear you have not lost your mind though.

What is going to happen: he will take more orders and more money so that he can fill the orders/refunds he took months ago. The situation will continue to perpetuate itself as long as he stays in business. The people who get jacked will rotate regularly.
