2) This is not meant to be a TCAB or Phat Hertz bash session, so please don't turn it into that. There have been a couple members of that team that have tried to help out as of very recently.

For those of you who don't have it, there is his number. He won't answer emails or PM's, but see if you can get ahold of him that way. I have left a message or two, but yet to hear back. Please remember that verbally assaulting him will help no one get their money back.

The attorney my company uses owes me a favor or two and is willing to help out, but I need his address to get things started. If anyone would PM me with that info it would really help those of us who have been screwed over.

Lastly, follow this link http://www.internetfraud.usdoj.gov and file a complaint. One complaint in itself will probably not get anything done, but multiple complaints may get some attention.

My attorney tried to contact the county prosecutor, but had no luck. I will try giving them a call tom.

He owes me a box from January. My username on ROE is joezy. I already filed a complaint with the FTC and I'm going to try and see what Paypal can do if anything.

YMMV, of course, but I contacted them as a backup when my $700 check didn't arrive when the guy said it would, after his previous check bounced...I got a reply back from an agent within a week //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
