Ok i have been reading through this and would just like to update everyone, I am calling a team meeting tomorrow and we are heading to marks house to get as many boxes done as we possibly can *i hope*. So far i have about half of the team, Chris will be out of town, that being said i can not access the list he has of the past due boxes, I apologize i know that you have already told him what is past due but please email me what boxes you ordered, along with approximate order dates so that we can get them done tomorrow as long as mark is home my email address is autohits@aandmhosting.com please dont send any bullshit it will go straight to my blackberry so i will have it for tomorrow We all can not excuse him of his actions but we are trying to rectify the situation. Thank you all for your cooperation(idk howto spell it lol)

update:
Attorney is drawing up a petition and will give him one last chance to make it right. We will send it to him first and let him know what will happen if we are forced to file it.

Smart - I know the outcome of that one and where you're headed. Well done ... I just hope it doesn't boil down to that ... would be rather unfortunate.

*update* now that i have found out there is a list on roe, those that havent posted what they ordered you could do it there or email me, i will be checking both frequently. I am trying to get this settled once and for all tomorow if we are capable of finishing everything, there should be approx. 8 of us if i can get everyone that i have called, so we will get as much done as we can.

Well...Some guys from the team tried to go over to Mark's today and help I guess...and he wouldn't let them in. Apparantly to him he doesn't need help. So keep us updated on the claims you file guys, it seems to be your best bet at the moment.

What an ***. He has no problem taking their cash and making them wait forever and then wont even accept assistance in getting shit dealt with. That is BS.

i think it's 7 total, including mikey, who only wants a full refund. nothing that couldn't of been knocked out.

I got the call this morning that teammates were heading over to Mark's to get these boxes done, I would have gone but yesterday was my 22nd BDay. A pin dropping at this point seems like someone taking a hammer to the side of my head. If there are still boxes to knock out tomorrow I might have to get some sawdust in my hair.

I'm glad to see this group effort from the team and look forward to a resolution to this. What makes me most proud of the team at this point is instead of bashing him on the boards and shunning him from the team that we are stepping up to help out in any way we can to not only the community but to a teammate/friend.
