i heard a completely different number that I guess mark told josh.....and take that 7...multiply it by 2 and add 2....thats the # that I heard...

Im not gonna dog mark at all but there have to be consiquencies if this is not taken care of. He had people today that were gonna help him and he shunned em away. I DONT KNOW MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot belive he turned down the help. I mean his reputation is really at stake. Not saying he doesnt already have a tainted image, but if he could have gotten caught back up, maybe saved a little and would be able to start over on his business practices.

Well, I am a little disappointed for those that still want their box. I am sure all appreciate you guys trying to get hings done. Unfortunately, it didn't work out, but the effort speaks volumes about the honest members of your team.

On an other note: I reviewed the petition, and it is ready to be sent and filed. Time is running out. Legally, I, and everyone else, will be entitled to more than the actual cost of the box. The $264 is going to turn into a whole lot more now.

His reputation is the LAST thing he needs to worry about now.

honestly, the time to build boxes has long since run out. its time to be giving back money, or atleast send out boxes and give them half their money back. It amazes me that some people even bother thinking they can run a buisness.

I hate it for Mark that he has chosen this route rather than doing whatever was necessary to get product out (turning down the offer of free help multiple times speaks volumes about him as both a businessman and a person, unfortunately) so I'll just say good luck to you and everyone else that is out hard-earned $$$ at this stage with nothing but aggravation to show for it.
