I hate it for Mark that he has chosen this route rather than doing whatever was necessary to get product out (turning down the offer of free help multiple times speaks volumes about him as both a businessman and a person, unfortunately) so I'll just say good luck to you and everyone else that is out hard-earned $$$ at this stage with nothing but aggravation to show for it.

It's one thing to have pride. However, it is time for him to swallow that pride and start getting on the ball. If he isn't able to give refunds then he needs to get those boxes built. If that means accepting assistance from the rest of his team then so be it. However, it makes no sense that he would refuse his fellow teammates that want to help him get out of this rut he is in. It's just too bad. He had a good thing going.

he wants to keep his pride and doesn't want to admit he needs help. he's just one of those people that think they can take on everything at once, when in reality, they bite off more than they can chew and don't want to realize it.

Well ike it has been said a couple of us went to help him and he claims he doesnt need the help. It is definatly a pride issue that he needs to get past. Like i said before i wish you all the best and i hope it all works out for you in the end.
