they are the old lightning audio neo motors. I had prolly 20 of them. this one has he aluminum top assembly on it. The motors were okay brand new, once they heated even a little, they lost it. Plus, the gap is enormous, making it less efficient

For everyone who says neo has heat problems, yes it does, but so does every other magnetic material. As any magnet heats up it loses strength, it isn't something unique to neo motors.
