looks to be an older lightning audio top end on a neo motor... but thats not one or the storm x2 neo's, the neo slug in the motor is too big

yup... lightning top... prolly a prototype neo motor... good sub but it WILL have heat issues

but just imagine trying to get a 40lb neo magnetted sub in your car without the box slamming against anything metal hahaha. guess no worries about the box sliding around. then every time you eject a cd the little uber thing foil layer is attracted to the magnet and anyone sitting in the middle of the back seat is instantly decapitated by a super fast flying disc!!!!!!
