TC-9 vs. TC 10 OEM. Please Help.

I'm trying to decide between a 12'' TC-9 and the TC 10 OEM. They're roughly the same price right now, with the 12'' being slightly cheaper. They both have the TC9 motor. What difference will size make (12'' vs 10'') if they use the same motor?

The sub will be powered by a JBL GTO 1200.1 amp.

I already have a sealed 12'' box thats perfect for the TC-9, if there's not too much difference between the two subs. If there is a difference, however, getting/making a new box for the OEM 10 isn't too much of a problem.
