Im new to using Amazon but saw they sell Taramps. Should I be worried about buying one off amazon? It says the seller is taramps.

When I clicked on the link, it said the amp was sold and shipped by Amazon. That, IMO, is a good thing when buying from Amazon. You may not get the manufacturer's warranty (but, that's not to say you won't get it), but since it is shipped and sold by Amazon it would be covered by Amazon's first class service. And if you had any initial problems with it, I would bet Amazon would take great care of you.

Depends on your state, and the warehouse it ships from ....... I get charged tax now, if it ships from any warehouse in TN .....

august 2014 there has been a change with the taramps hd 8000 which can handle quite a bit more abuse than its other counterparts, thats not to say the others arent good, as long as you run at the specified nominal ohm load and voltage range without clipping, you should be fine. Thats what a distributor informed me of. Which is perfect since my hd 8000 is going to arrive in a few weeks!!! HAHAHAA CAN YOU SAY EXCITED AS FFFFF!!!! 779 shipped +2.9% paypal fees no tax. is the price i'm getting it for if others are wondering.

found this vid of the guy talking about the new ones. didnt really go into too much detail... for the price dont seem too bad... i would give the 3000 a run and based has one for $250...**** just paid my rent
