Taramps not putting out??

First was it a true rms meter? If not there is your problem, a standard volt meter is only rated accurate between 50-60hz. Try burping at 55hz.

 
Try turning the bass down on the head and gain higher. If the head is sending clipping before the amp would normally clip, then the amp will play clipped before reaching full power. I've seen some amps require 5v+ of clean input to reach full power

 
OK so u are clamping 1k @ 4ohm after rise on a cheap Brazilian 1ohm 3k and the problem is ???

What do think a high end Korean amp that would cost almost twice as much would clamp @ 4 ohm on a 12v system ??

lmao it sure is. It's not a problem with the amp it's just I need mo powa!! Shoulda got the 8k from the start...

The ds has more power...it's rated at 12.6v and the ts at 13.8v... I had the the ts400x4 though and it a good little amp
