I have a DSP3000 and DSP1600. Yes they do rated power. Amazing amps.

They are both for sale right now as well BTW.

Wondering how they are so small and do that much power I've seen it possible in pro audio which is what my expertise lies in..... But never in car audio

Full bridge Brazilian amps. I run nothing but Taramps Brazilian amps. They do some insane amounts of power in tiny packages.
