Yup 40 for both..they work perfectly..i just had 2 Infinity Kappa perfects from bronco i sold..and put them in the tbird and took these out

they played fine...i just had better subs laying around. So now these are laying around

ha i had one of these for my first sub. thats a **** nice price for them tho. i think the RMS is 200 for anyone that wants to know.

Fixed.

Its 160 for the 12"s, 150 for the 10"s.

I had 2 12" ones that I bought when they first came out, and they sound very nice.
