Tahoe rear cargo door rattle

AGH!!! This #### is driving me crazy! Anyone have a problem with the rear cargo doors on their Yukon/Tahoe/Suburban/Escalade rattling? And no, it's not the vent covers, I've already sealed them up, it's the actual doors. It sounds like it's in the latch. Most of the rattling comes from bumps and acceleration/deceleration, not bass. It's a gawd awful annoying rattle/squeak that is going to drive me insane! Anyone have any ideas? I've never really dealt with latch rattle/squeak issues.
